So Tyler and I had the fun opportunity to go apple picking this weekend (apparently its way bigger here than in Washington, who knew? :)) Anyway, we had a blast. We took about a 45 minute drive into Central Massachusetts to get to the Apple Farm and the drive there was beautiful! The fall colors here are amazing, they made me really glad we are getting to spend some time here. The apple picking was also great fun: I got a carameled apple, Tyler got to climb trees and we both got lost in the hedge maze, what more could you ask of life?

Dream Dinners, Boat Tour and our Crazy Church Ceiling
So Tyler and I tried this thing called Dream Dinners where you sign up for online for a menu of different meals and then you go to a Dream Dinners location where they have all the ingredients prepared and set up so you can just put them all together and go home with 8-9 meals all ready to cook. We've had a few so far and they are great. They have these all over the country so if anyone else is thinking this sounds like a good idea let me know. :)
These next two pictures are from a boat tour of the Charles River that we took with our Ward. Our Bishop has actually written a book about the River and so he was our guide. It was really fun and we got to see some parts of Boston we hadn't seen yet.

This is a picture of the Old North Church from the River. This is the church were the lantern was hung to let the American Revolutionary forces know whether the British would come by land or by sea.
So this is a picture (as is the one below) of the ceiling in our church building. It used to be a boiler factory before the church began renting it for Sunday services. Every Sunday when we get to Church Tyler and I can't help feeling like we are getting ready to get on Thunder Mountain railroad at Disneyland or something, it is pretty great. :)
